I love photography, reading good books, and cooking. TV's my bestfriend too as long as it's tuned in Discovery Channel, Natgeo, Discovery Travel and Living, Bio, or the History Channel. I'm starting to like channel news Asia too. I'm in the process of understanding and improving myself; learning to listen more but not necessarily talking less, smiling more often, and keeping in touch with friends. I like it this way. Ten hours - It took us more than ten hours to get to one of the most spectacular sites not only of the Philippines but of the whole world. Seeing such a beautiful scenery was worth every minute. I cannot put to words how Banaue got me. It made such a huge mark not only in my heart but to my whole being. I went to Banaue with two Singaporean friends and I felt so proud to belong to the same race that built this heaven on earth with their own hands and sweat without the threat of slavery. This site truly is a work of love and faith. Meeting and interacting with the locals was another experience that humbled greatly. The locals of the Batad tribe woke me up to great realities of existence. I felt so ashamed when I think back and remembered how I complained about so many things in life when I was in fact blessed with so much more.
